What is a Giclee Fine Art Print?

Giclee fine art prints are museum quality, archival prints. A French term meaning “to spray”, it refers to the highly accurate printing process, using specialized high-resolution printers. Giclee prints are known for their incredible colour accuracy, depth and vibrancy. The ink used in Giclee prints is pigment-based (not dye based), the colour is lightfast, and will retain its brilliance for a lifetime. The highest quality archival cotton paper is used for Giclee prints, it is a permanent, acid free paper made to last the test of time.

Of course, nothing can beat an original artwork, however with a limited edition Giclee print you can still have a one-of-a-kind collector’s piece. Each print is hand numbered, embossed, and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
